Another Resource List for Parents

I've added another resource list for parents to my GrowingBookworms website (added to last week's list of books about puberty and the human body). This new list contains resources (books and videos) for parents of gay and lesbian teens.
This list was generously contributed by my friend Madelaine Adelman. Maddie is an associate professor in the School of Justice and Social Inquiry at Arizona State University. She has a Ph.D. in Cultural Anthropology, with a Graduate Certificate in Women’s Studies. She is also Founder and Co-chair of GLSEN Phoenix and a member of the GLSEN National Advisory Council. GLSEN, or the Gay, Lesbian & Straight Education Network, now in its 10th year, is the leading national education organization focused on ensuring safe schools for ALL students.
