Teen Read Week: October 14 to 20

Tomorrow marks the start of Teen Read Week. If you're looking for ideas for celebrating Teen Read Week, check out the Teen Read Week Wiki, maintained by YALSA. Teens can also:
- Vote for the Teens' Top Ten, a "teen choice" list, where teens nominate and choose their favorite books of the previous year!
- Participate in the Teen Read Week 2007 Survey, a survey about reading by YALSA and SmartGirl.org.
I'd also like to suggest to parents that Teen Read Week is a great excuse to buy a new book for your teenager (something that he or she wants to read), and perhaps to read that book yourself, too.
